David Minielly
SemCrude L.P.
Vice President, Operations

David Minielly serves as vice president of operations for SemCrude®, L.P. Minielly directs a crude oil operation consisting of over 1,150 miles of pipeline through three states and a 4.5 MM barrel crude oil terminal. Under this position, he also manages all field related activities to meet company EH&S and EPITA goals and is a key member of the Business Development team responsible for crude oil systems expansions. Prior to this position, Minielly served as operations manager of White Cliffs Pipeline LLC where he was responsible for all operational components of a new 530 mile joint venture pipeline.

Before joining SemGroup in 2007, Minielly worked for Sunoco Pipeline L.P. as the district supervisor for the North Oklahoma Pipeline System. There, he led exempt and non-exempt staff to meet company performance standards for EH&S, capital and expense spending, revenue, asset reliability & optimization and project execution. Prior to serving as direct supervisor, Minielly held the positions as project manager of Asset Integration and manager of Environmental Health & Safety. Minielly also worked for Terra Nitrogen as the environmental and process safety management (PSM) coordinator and for Geraghty & Miller Environmental Consultants as an environmental consultant.

Minielly received his master of science degree from Oklahoma State University and his bachelor of science degree from Texas Christian University.
